The average days that properties have been on the market has gone up in the last month or two because of a disconnect between buyers and sellers. With all the talk of how positive the outlook is on Calgary’s real estate market, some sellers have listed their properties too high, and these properties are not selling. The market might be balanced again but make no mistake, this is not a “boom”. Buyers are only buying if they see value.
